NFL: Sideline video of Melvin Gordon and Jerry Jeudy goes viral

Things aren’t going well for the Denver Broncos’ offense and players are understandably frustrated.

Broncos running back Melvin Gordon was benched on Monday and wide receiver Jerry Jeudy had just three catches, marking the sixth-straight game that he’s had four or fewer receptions in a game this season.

During last week’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, cameras caught Gordon and Jeudy talking on the sideline, seemingly frustrated. Footage of their sideline interaction went viral on Twitter with millions of views.

Here’s a sampling of how Twitter reacted to the video.

No matter how you slice it, the optics of this conversation doesn’t look good. It speaks to the level of frustration of the #BroncosCountry Fanbase @ESanders_10 we discussed this very thing on last nights post game show

“We could’ve done this with Drew and at least spent more money to LOOK like we’re trying. They said he can cook but he can’t even use a microwave”

What do you think Jerry Jeudy and Melvin Gordon were talking about?

“Mr. Unlimited? 15 passing yards in the 2nd half. Broncos country let’s ride? How about Broncos country throw me the dang ball Russ.”

It’s also time to purge the Broncos roster of players who exude a losing culture. See Melvin Gordon and Jerry Jeudy.

Jeudy complaining to Gordon of all people is an interesting look…

Last week: Hamler being visibly upset on the sideline, Mcmanus outburst on twitter

This week: Gordon shaking his head at team success, Jeudy venting

This team is frustrated. And you really can’t blame them.

The Broncos will try to get back on track this week when they host the New York Jets at Empower Field at Mile High in Week 7.
