Don’t forget Evan Engram guaranteed a Jaguars win over the NY Giants

Entering the Week 7 tilt with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the NY Giants are somehow underdogs going up against the AFC South side. How in the heck is this possible? The G-Men are 5-1 on the year, while the Jags are 2-4. Leading up to this showdown, there’s surely going to be plenty of focus on tight end Evan Engram.

You remember Engram, don’t you? The former NY first-round pick was a complete and total bust for the Giants, seemingly recording more drops than he did big plays. Engram is now with the Jaguars and he you know he’s ready to try and take down his former team. He made that much clear this offseason, when he took at shot at the Giants and even got into it with some fans on social media.

Evan Engram is having some fun with Giants fans now 😂

Evan Engram better back up his NY Giants trash talk

Engram didn’t hold back going up against the Giants and now people will want to see how he does in Week 7. Trust us, Big Blue fans would love nothing more than for Engram to take an L this weekend, while also dropping a pass or two from Trevor Lawrence. Engram’s time in NY was a nightmare, there’s no question about that.

Meanwhile for the Giants, things have been pretty great for them at the tight end position this season thanks to rookie fourth-round pick Daniel Bellinger. The former San Diego State standout has been a key pass-catcher for Daniel Jones, which was showcased vs. the Baltimore Ravens at MetLife Stadium.

In that win, Bellinger caught five passes, including his fourth-quarter score from Danny Dimes. Bellinger has been a blessing for this team and head man Brian Daboll. Bellinger is making people forget all about Engram and his consistent bone-headed plays. Let’s hope Bellinger keeps up his strong play in Jacksonville – and we’ll see if Engram gives Giants fans reason to smile as well.
